Business Development Representative

The Faktori is looking to build an entrepreneurial team with strong leadership skills to help companies build their sales. Our philosophy is focused on winning as a team and working together to build better solutions for our customers. The three-pronged approach of aiding in terms of recruiting, training and consulting will allow our employees to offer our customers a full-service solution to build their organization.

Your role will include:

  • Drive business development efforts by discovering new opportunities for training and recruiting.
  • Craft and develop personalized campaigns to prospective customers
  • Assist and manage the customer experience building partnerships internally and externally 
  • Manage your activities and KPI’s through technologies like Salesforce

What you bring to the role:

  • Confident communication skills with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions
  • 2+ years in top of the funnel inbound and outbound sales
  • Driven for the results in a team environment
  • Reputation for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work within a high paced, high volume and high-pressure recruitment environment
  • Proficiency working with CRM systems – Salesforce is considered an asset
  • Post Secondary Education, Required


  • $45,000 Base with a lucrative commission structure
