Your role will include:
- Drive business development efforts by discovering new opportunities for training and recruiting.
- Craft and develop personalized campaigns to prospective customers
- Assist and manage the customer experience building partnerships internally and externally
- Manage your activities and KPI’s through technologies like Salesforce
What you bring to the role:
- Confident communication skills with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions
- 2+ years in top of the funnel inbound and outbound sales
- Driven for the results in a team environment
- Reputation for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work within a high paced, high volume and high-pressure recruitment environment
- Proficiency working with CRM systems – Salesforce is considered an asset
- Post Secondary Education, Required
- $45,000 Base with a lucrative commission structure
