Inside Sales Manager

Our Client, a leader in the trucking and freight brokerage industry, is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join their team in Mississauga, ON.

Your Responsibilities

  • Continue to motivate and inspire a driven team of inside sales representatives
  • Attract individuals to grow the sales team
  • Lead results-oriented sales meetings
  • Identify and provide targeted lists and leads to the team to call
  • Reduce attrition rate of customers and increase customer spend
  • Be at the frontline for escalated issues
  • Partner with marketing to coordinate campaigns and align on objectives

Who You Are

  • Post-secondary education in business-related studies
  • 3 – 5 years experience of demonstrated leadership and/or management experience in a sales driven environment
  • Working knowledge of CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and a high level of experience in driving the sales process
  • Experience working in a related industry
  • Bilingualism (French) is a definite asset
  • Outstanding sales personality, persuasion and social skills to build relationships
