Your role will include:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: posting, actively sourcing passive candidates; resume screening, conducting interviews, referencing and client presentations
- Manage candidate flow and direct source, as needed
- Work with the Business Development team to gain a thorough understanding of the hiring needs of our clients
- Maintain and build a database of high calibre professionals
- Maintain updated information on our ATS
- Actively source passive candidates and utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Identify potential business opportunities for our Business Development team
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelors Degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience ideally in sales recruitment environments
- Reputation for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated use of effective and best in class sourcing and candidate generation techniques
- Ability to work within a high paced, high volume and high-pressure recruitment environment
- Proficiency working with CRM systems – Salesforce is considered an asset
