Our client, a leader in transportation technology, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Mississauga, ON.

Your Role
- Welcoming inbound calls from the existing customer base
- Dialing outbound to prospective customers
- Responding to emails and inquiries about the awesome service / products
- Educate customers on how the product or company operates
- Be a team player
- Have fun with the team and share knowledge 🙂
Who You Are
- A bilingual star! (Fluent in both French and English)
- Someone with 1-2 years customer service and sales experience
- You are proficient with MS Office Suite. SalesForce is an asset!
- An individual who is positive and energetic on the phone
- A fast learner who is driven to succeed
