Network Designer and Support Technician – Spanish

Our Client, a Technology Manufacturer, is looking for a Network Design and Support Specialist to join their team in Oakville, ON.

The Role

  • Responds to technical assistance requests in person, via phone or electronically (travel is minimal)
  • Identifies hardware and software issues in effort to assist with resolving the issues
  • Support the sales team with technical sales delivery
  • Advise the user on appropriate courses of action
  • Create training materials for customers and internal users alike
  • Guide and mentor other help desk staff

Who You Are

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Certification in Computer Science/IT (emphasis on networking, computer or software support)
  • Experience in a help desk support role, focused on troubleshooting
  • Ability to travel if need be
