Our Client, a Technology Manufacturer, is looking for a Network Design and Support Specialist to join their team in Oakville, ON.
The Role
- Responds to technical assistance requests in person, via phone or electronically (travel is minimal)
- Identifies hardware and software issues in effort to assist with resolving the issues
- Support the sales team with technical sales delivery
- Advise the user on appropriate courses of action
- Create training materials for customers and internal users alike
- Guide and mentor other help desk staff
Who You Are
- Fluent in Spanish
- Certification in Computer Science/IT (emphasis on networking, computer or software support)
- Experience in a help desk support role, focused on troubleshooting
- Ability to travel if need be
